I am really confuse with that question ,any one can help ???????
compare the practitioners in each scenario and identify which person has the necessary attributes to form positive relationships with younger children.give a justification for your answer .
Leisha
Leisha is a much loved practitioner . she is warm , open and caring .The children naturally gravitate to her because she is always so positive and predictable in her behaviour ,she never gets angry with the children and they are always on their best behaviour when she is around .she uses humour to diffuse diffucult momenet and can often be seen having a quirt one to one chat to a child when problems arise .Leisha works well with the parents and seen her role as one of advocacy for both children and families .
Liz
Liz has been working in child care for 20 years . she is often grumpy and bad tempered with colleagues and children.she seems to have no patience with the children and is always telling them to hurry up .Liz says she is over child care ' she said she sick of diffcult children and even more difficult parents. she has admitted that the only reason she continues to stay is that she doesn't know what else she could do and is afraid to try somethings new
