List 5 strategies which promote and support the social skills relevant to th etransition to school for children.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
1. Coorperation- learning to share, taking turns, playing in groups/pairs.
2. Greeting - saying hello and goodbye. Important for developing friendship.
3.joining in - learning to join a group. Ask if can play with others in th egroup. Feel welcomed rather than barge in.
4.Attention - self control, waiting for turn.

As a Kindy teacher, I can definitely nominate another one for you and that is independence or taking responsibility for own belongings.
In Kindy we ask chn to hang up their own bags, find their name tags and put fruit in the basket for snack time.
Some chn hang back or Mum/Dad always does this. It is a good skill to promote whilst in childcare. Some chn are a little unsure/shy about taking responsibility themselves, but it is an important skill.
Not quite sure if this is what you are looking for but it definitely sprung to my mind!
