my answer so far

• All information regarding to the children is in the program Qik Kids which list all the information about the children including: -
• Easy to use interface
• Simple management of CCB, CCR, JFA and other Government subsidies
• Comprehensive reporting built in

• Connecting to the CCMS made easy
• QikKids Web hosted and Maintained in Australia

• Detailed Roll information available at a glance, (reports, rolls, attendance, age rolls account information,

• Management of detailed family and child information

There is also a fire evacuation box located under the director’s desk that list all information and contact details of parents of the children. It also has information of the children’s medical needs.

The first 4 pages of the enrolment form are located in each room
Enrolment forms are located in the back office

OK, you have provided the details of the families in a centre and how it is updated but for this question I think it is referring too "Support services" that a centre director can ring if they need extra support. For example: if a child with a disability enrols in the centre, the centre may need support on what needs to be changed and included within the centre to support the child.
