Create a script for how you will consult with a family about developing guidelines to improve their childs cooperative behaviours. Their 2 year old child has bitten another child and the family has admitted that the child has also bitten his older brother at home. No action was taken in that instance and the family believes that the child is too young to be reasoned with. How will you work with the family to develop a consistent approach ???

Don't know where to begin with this question, any help would be appreciated.
