Assessment Task 2
Instructions: Provide your answers to the following case studies in the space provided.
Case Study One
A family have come back from holidays and have a casual conversation with you about their trip and discuss how they went to the aquarium and the child was interested not only in the fish and rare species, but the conservation of them also. What could you do in your program to incorporate that knowledge, both for the benefit of that child and the other children? How would you share that information about the reviewed program with the family?
Case Study Two
The children at your service have spent a long time making a herb and tomato garden. They are very proud. One child's father arrives and shows significant lack of interest when his child shows him the garden.
Provide some suggestions of what you might do now and later to help the parent see the significance of this event.
