Scenario: Sia - No Celebrations Due To Religious Beliefs

Hi everyone I am new here and have been stuck in this question for a while please help me . My mind is completely blank don't what to write
A family has arrived to enroll their daughter Sia into care, when talking with the Room leader they have made it very clear that they do not want Sia to be participating in any celebrations at the service due to religious beliefs. They continued to explain that she would not be able to participate in holiday celebrations including Christmas nor birthday parties.
1. How would you respond in a culturally sensitive way?
2. As the educator, what would you need to share with Sia’s parents?
3. How and with whom will you share this information, in a way that respects the family’s cultural preferences?
