it's been quite a while since i've been looking for the answer for the two policies breached by the parents who are sending colourless cordial drink.....can you please help me with this?

For this question you will need to look into the National Quality Standards. You will find Quality Area 2 - Children's Health and Safety fits in line with this particular scenario.
