Scenario: Mrs Brown and Jo
Posted: Fri May 12, 2017 1:05 pm
The situation is that Mrs Browns behaviour to the staff is inappropriate - she is always irritated, annoyed and frustrated. is always rushed and thinks the educators are unfit to look after her son.
JO is the director of the centre.
Explain why is it important for Jo to address the behaviour of Mrs Brown?
my answer: Mrs Browns behaviour needs to be addressed by Jo as Mrs Brown would not listen to Max’s educators. She needs to be talked to by the director as she is a more neutral person to sort out this situation.
I've been told by my assessor:
Yes, but why she needs to be talked. Please include in your response why it is important for the director to address the behaviour of parent- Mrs. Brown. Think about director’s responsibilities…….towards staff.
Any help would be much appreciated!
