Refer to the scenario below to answer the following question:

How would you rate Marissa in relation to food handling and hygiene procedures?
You are observing Marissa, who is about to serve lunch to the children. She washes her hands and then puts on gloves and an apron. She then ties her hair back. She serves all of the children their lunch and then sits down at the table to interact with the children.
Marissa helps a child tie her hair back as it was in her eyes. Another child throws their sandwich on the floor. Marissa gets up, picks up the sandwich and then throws it in the bin. She comes back over to the children and notices that another child has dropped their fork. She picks it up, gets another one from the drawer and passes the new fork to the child. She then serves second portions to another child that is still hungry.
When all the children have finished eating, Marissa cleans the area and then takes off her gloves and apron. Then she washes her hands.

is there a scale l need to rate her on? a bit confused

When reading the scenario she only takes her gloves off at the end of everything so using the same gloves to serve food to the children she ties up a child's hair, she picks up food off the floor etc.
