faidh 5 years: has been diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. He has been difficult to manage as he resists food, doesn’t sleep and his mother Wafa, is struggling with competing advice from female family elders. She is showing signs of depression and is having difficulties copying and bonding with Faidh.

Mother is depressed
Mother is not bonding with child, she may resent him because she’s have trouble taking care of him.
Child is not eating or sleep, therefore the mother isn’t resting also
