The morning session is about finished and the lead educator has asked you to start preparing the tables for lunch the children have enjoyed setting the tables for lunch and are now in the bathroom washing their hands you ask the lead educator if you can go and then get something to eat with the children you come back and sit with the children explain what food you have bought to eat with the children and why?

my answer is :variety of foods such as vegetable -fruit-meat-fish-chicken-milk-yoghurt-and cheese because childcare and educator have a responsibility to promote good nutrition for children in their care it is important that children are offered nutritious meals and enjoy positive meal time experiences

Yes, you're supposed to model good eating habits for the children but realistically how are you supposed to eat all that! LOL! You'd bring a healthy nutritious lunch such as a vegetable fried rice, pasta salad etc.
