apply Kohlberg 's theory to the following scenario to explain the actions of the two children

BLACK AND WHITE VERSUS SHADES OF GREY
Dion(4 years ) and Levi (11 yers) are brother .Dion has been helping Levi with the job of tidying the garage .Levi is playing with his father's racing bick, which is strictly out of bounds .The bike falls over and fitting that holds the drink bottle snaps off .Dion quickly pick up the broken pices and put them in his pocket .He turn to Dion and says 'don't tell dad.Hopefully he won't notice and he 'll think it happened somewhere else.

*Dion says nothing but looks anxious and worried.
*that night at dinner dad asks how the boys went with the job of cleaning up the garage
*good, says Levi , we didi a great job.
*yeah and we didi' t break your bicke cause it alrady got broken another day, didn't it Levi ?
*Levi glares at Dion


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?

Kohlberg 's theory is about moral reasoning an ethical choices... I found some info that may help:
