Scenario3:reporting risk of harm-You are presenting a session on accurately recording relevant circumstances surrounding risk of harm in accordance with state legislation,polices and procedures and ethics at your services monthly staff meeting? Question is What key information would you include if you were delivering this session? My answer so far is have all rules and regulations,policies and procedures ready and all information that was recorded as well.
