As a childcare worker you will be looking after children & working along side people coming from varied socio-economic backgrounds as well as different cultures
Since a big part of looking after children is also maintaining relationships with their families you must be able to communicate effectively with many different types of people & understand their situations and understanding to differences.
Again just think about how you would treat/talk to etc adults in this situation and how you would maintain your relationships with them.
Most of it comes down to awareness and understanding different backgrounds, be it different socially or culturally
you can easily give examples of how you would maintain relationships with adults from different cultures / social backgrounds
This is very important esp in a multicultural country like Australia as you will no doubt be faced with a fair few parents who are not Aussie and come from vastly different cultures
