My assignment question:
In conjunction with your workplace supervisor make an action plan for your professional performance as an educator. Use SMART goals to establish realistic goals and targets for self-development. In your action plan, you must demonstrate that you understand the principles and techniques of:
• Personal goal setting
• Performance measurement
• Time management
I am struggling to find any information on the last part of the question that is demonstrate your understanding on personal goal setting, performance measurement and time management with regards to early childhood. We dont have any study support scheduled this year so cant take my teacher 's help. Any help would be appreciable, i am stuck.
