Can some one please help me, I just can seem to get my head around these two questions: with reference to Element 1.1.2 who can educators use to gain knowledge about individual children’s strengths, abilities and interests and with reference to Element 1.1.2 what sources of documentation can educators use to gain knowledge about individual children’s strengths, abilities and interests

Element 1.1.2 refers to "Each child’s current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities and interests are the foundation of the program".
