what are the recommended daily intake of 5 food group for following ages?
this is my answer but i couldn't find serve size for following ages can you please help me i founded serve size daily intake but i didn't find for following age
food group 13 to 23 mounts 2 to 3 years 4 to 8 years
Breads and cereals 4 4 4
vegetables 2-3 2.5 4.5
dairy and alternative 1-1.5 1.5 1.5
meat and alternative 1 1 1.5
fruit 0.5 1 1.5
