Answer:
Inclusion involves taking into account all children’s social, cultural and linguistic diversity (including learning styles, abilities, disabilities, gender, family circumstances and geographic location) in curriculum decision-making processes. The intent is to ensure that all children’s experiences are recognised and valued and that they have equitable access to resources and participation and opportunities to demonstrate their learning (Early Years Learning Framework, page 24; Framework for School Age Care, page 24). Educators and co-ordinators challenge practices that contribute to inequities and they make decisions that promote inclusion and participation of all children. By developing their professional knowledge and skills, and working in partnership with children, families, communities and other services and agencies, they continuously strive to find equitable and effective ways to ensure that all children have opportunities to experience a sense of personal worth and achieve outcomes (Framework for School Age Care, page 12)

I have thought to add:
Children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children.
- Children with a disability.
- Children from low income families.
- C Inclusive policies and practice enable every child in the centre-
- feel a sense of belonging.
- have every aspect of their identity, individuality and culture encouraged, developed and consolidated.
- learn from others, without barriers due to cultural differences.
- participate freely in the and learn about themselves and others and
- work together with other children to challenge prejudice and discrimination.

Basically when developing inclusive policies make sure that all families, staff, children etc have equal opportunities. This includes: respecting cultural differences, creating a cultural environment, anti-bias approach (stereotyping, generalizing, labeling, religion, gender differences these are all unacceptable in a childcare centre) children from separated or divorced parents.
Develop each child's identity and self esteem.
- Build self confidence.
- Being comfortable with difference.
- Recognize bias and stereotypes.
- Take action against bias.
- Accepting each child as an individual.
life of their society as an active citizen.
- actively address biases through open communications and a willingness to grow
