So could one be a child has a sick baby in hospital and the child is starting with his grandma and the parents are spending a lot of time at the hospital. And this has a big impact on the child's life due to feeling unloved by his parents and not being supported by them?

Is this on the right track?
A protective factor that may influence a child’s wellbeing is a four year old boy’s sister was recently born with an illness. The child’s parents are spending a lot of time at the hospital with the new baby so the four year old boy would stay at his grandma’s house. His parents were tired when they came home from the hospital and didn’t feel like spending time with their four year old boy like they use to. Due to the parents spending time with their new baby at the hospital the young boy is feeling upset, unloved from his own parents, confused about the situation and he has no support from his parents.
A protective factor that may influence a child’s wellbeing is a young girl that attends the early childhood education and care service every day. The parents have very poor hygiene towards their child as they send her to the early childhood education and care service dressed in unwashed clothes, her hair isn’t washed and she is always very hungry and doesn’t have breakfast in the mornings. Due to the parents not caring for their child correctly the young girl feels unloved from her own parents, feeling dirty all the time and doesn’t want to go home to her parents as she feels more loved at the early childhood education and care service.
