Hi,

This is my first time here,

As part of my Diploma I was asked the following question:

As an Early Childhood Education and Care assistant you will be required to promote cooperation with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Describe 4 ways in which you can cooperate with your colleagues to achieve this.

Trying to answer this question I thought about organizing meetings to establish what is expected and try to find the right path so no one may be hurt. We need to know what the cultural differences are and maybe have a cultural awareness seminar.

Is there anything else??

Discuss the cultural diversity in your organisation
and maximise its value
• Encourage positive cultural diversity management
• Remove myths surrounding cultural diversity
• Discuss the legal parameters and frameworks that
employers and staff must be aware of to create a
harmonious and inclusive workplace culture.

am i on right track.
