am doing BSBMGT605 Provide Leadership across the organisation
Question: Enclose a copy of your professional development plan for the following twelve months.
i don't have any ideas what its , can someone help me please

I think a professional development plan will be a list of workshops, professional training that you will attend over the next 12 months.
So, for this you could do a time table with the months, the workshop/course name and date.

You can find many childcare courses/workshops etc online itself so this should help you with your plan.

professional development activity
At the end of work placement, identify a professional development activity that you could engage in to continue to work towards developing your skill or area for improvement.
search for suitable professional development opportunities on the Internet for your local area but I couldn't find anything can anyone tell me which one is best for this question please
