Choose an area within a children’s service that you feel requires advocating for on behalf of children (e.g. need for more child initiated play, not enough equipment to play with, more adventurous play, etc.)

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Stereotypical view of some staff members and other children towards non-English speaking child. is the issue i have chosen. below is the answer. my teacher says i have to include "what do you hope the outcome/s will be after you implement your plan"
i dont have an idea what more can i say. could you help me.

Attract attention to the issue
Spread the message
• By writing
• Talking about the issue
• Media and public relations
• Working within the policy development process
Provide Professional Development for colleagues for inclusion.
Incorporate multi-cultural background in Centre program.
At all times implementing an early childhood code of ethical practice.
Writing to families to appeal for support.
Newsletters
Developing an inclusive program where differences are acknowledged and
embraced.
Promoting Anti-bias and Inclusion is what I hope to achieve through the
goals. A Centre where tolerance of difference is promoted and the positive
aspects of diversity are explored and embraced. All children feel a sense of belonging.Children of all ages learn to appreciate diversity in others.
