Hi tobina
Rephrase your first question so that we can help you.
Professional goals are your dreams and wishes for the profession you want to be. It could be becoming a director of a child care, or a social worker or a teacher.
Professional goals give clarity to your vision. They specify the end result of what you want to achieve. They make what you want tangible. You are declaring to yourself; this is what I want, which helps you focus your daily energy toward making your wishes and dreams reality.

Hell Tobina
I'm adding the below extra information for you to consider when you write your observations and would like to advise that as you write/or observe, rather than focusing on the product of child/ children’s actions (what), consider the process (how).
Also ensure that your observation reflects the following;
-How children are using the materials,
-How children are adjusting and refining their actions,
-What questions the children appear to be exploring through their actions,
-How children are using the physical space,
-How they react to different levels of sensory stimulation,
-How they use their time,what developmental skills (as outlined in the outcomes) do the observations identify?
-Are other perspectives and interpretations considered (e.g. staff, parents, and children)?
-What ideas and questions are the children exploring,
-Were there other influencing factors (e.g. environmental elements, shared learning, educ promoting, commenting )?
-What changes are you noticing over time as the the play progresses,
-How might this information be used to plan further experiences?
XOXO
