Obligations, Relations and Management Of Employee To OH&S

Hello,

I am trying to finish my assessment but i have some problems to answer the following questions:

- What are the obligations of the employee in relation to OHS legislation?

- Explain the inter-relationships between OHS and children’s health and safety in children’s services

- Decribe briefly the various legislation and guidelines used in NSW to manage health and safety

- Lucy drops a walking board and breaks 3 toes. She was wearing open sandals.
Who is responsible? and why?
