Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: Manage Childrens service workplace practise to address regulations and quality assurance - CHCIC501B
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
Hi I am doing my CHCIC501B assignment for my diploma and I have created my quality improvement plan but am just having trouble answering some questions
- Who would you report your findings or results of the review and how could you present them?
- You have reviewed your plan what is the next step? What would you do with the information indentified from this review?
- How can you inform families of your service about the 'Assessment and rating process'?
- What higher authority bodies in your state/territory can you seek assistance from if you are having trouble interpreting the standards/regs?

If anybody has any websites that are relevant/ information that could help me that would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you :)

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have googled/asked my supervisor but she doesn't have the time to answer my questions

Description and Message:
Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried the ACECQA website. it has lots of info about the ratings and also has each States authoritys on there too.

things like what is the next step - you would put in set a date to have changes implemented, work towards these by discussing with supervisors/directors and taking steps to implement (Ie; if you identified you centre needed more training for staff on OH &S , you would organise training days or to send certain staff on PD days.
Informing families could take the form of newsletters, emails, displays on the board at entrance etc...
Hope this helps
