Methods To Ensure All Educators Understand The Components Of NQF

Good afternoon, the question I am stuck on is As a manager, identify the methods you will use to ensure all educators understand the components of the NQF.
So far I had
Methods used to ensure educators understand the components of the NQF by regularly looking at room leaders planning, individual child observations, child reflection and analysis planning sheets, parent feedback, self-assessment, room routines, the documentation about each child is available to their families and natural outdoor areas are provided, physical activity is embedded in the program, observations of relationships with children, observing educators having collaborative partnerships with families and communities and responding to parent feedback.
The feedback I was given was you haven't clearly explained how you will communicate the requirements to educators-just listing ideas doesn't explain how.
I am unsure of how to answer it, any help or guidence would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
