1/Give an example of at least 2 diversity support programs that either have occurred or that would be appropriate to implement in your agency, or an agency with which you are familiar.

2/Discuss the importance of periodically reviewing an organisation’s diversity strategy for its impact on the overall effectiveness of the organisation.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
1/Promotion of the support program and its details.
Identification of candidates that the organisation would like to retain.

Hi all this is my first time posting so i hope im doing it right!!!
I'm doing diploma online.I've asked the lady's where im doing my placement about these questions they have never heard of them even ones that are currently doing diploma did not have to do it can anyone tell me if they had to do this please and if you did where to get any other learning support materials from?

I'm not looking for the answers just wanting to know if anyone has had these questions and if they found them difficult?

Inclusion and Professional Support Program is available for children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including children from a refugee or humanitarian intervention background, children with ongoing high support needs, including children with a disability, Indigenous children. this is available for all child care centres.

It is from ACECQA the new governing body for EYLF/MQS stuff and gives some good info.
Diversity is something all centres need to cater for. We are a multicultural society and you will get families from all backgrounds. We need to celebrate with them, and share with others, the traditions and beliefs and customs, without making it superficial and tokenistic.
