Linking Developmental Milestones To The Learning Outcomes

I need to write a report on developmental theories and principles from the approved learning framework in designing the learning experience for each child.Include developmental milestones and how they link to the learning outcomes. I am not sure what to include the trainer gave me information on all the different theories but it doesn't include the milestones , can you please help me with where to start.

OK, so you can kind of match each developmental area to the learning outcomes:

Cognitive - Outcome 4 Children are confident and involved learners
Language - Outcome 5 Children are effective communicators
Social/Emotional - Outcome 1 Children have a strong sense of identity/ Outcome 2 Children are connected with and contribute to this world
Gross Motor - Outcome 3 Children have a strong sense of well being
