Develop a plan for your work place service team detailing how you will facilitate a service self assessment process. Include:
b) how will you record work performances and outcomes
e) how will you delegate work team roles
Answer so far:
b) I'm really confused I was thinking personal self- assessments on educators to see their performance?
e) come together as a team to clearly understand the desired outcome and match the amount of responsibility with their amount of authority. Also, form a plan which delegates the team's roles to ensure all tasks are covered
Also, is there some sort of template which involves answering the questions provided?
