leadership role assignment

hey everyone,
can someone please help me with this question? im stressing out and have no idea where to start is there someone who can help me with an example of this? please help
You are required to take on a leadership role for this written assignment. This should be to lead a team of people but could be for a range of reasons. The leadership role that you take on should allow you to demonstrate the above performance criteria – elements 1, 2 & 3.
The leadership role need to include (choose 1 of the following):
Leading a team for a particular workplace project
Leading a team through the planning process
Leading a team through the day to day operations for a period of time, for example 2 weeks
You need to address the following points:
Description of the project/planning process that you are going to lead
How you are going to model a high standard of performance and practice and utilised diversity in the staff?
How have you encouraged staff to develop strategies to optimise outcomes?
How have you adapted your leadership in response to changing prioritise and situations?
How have you used participative decision making practices?
How have you modelled and promoted principles of equal opportunity, OHS and organisational policies and procedures?
How you briefed the work group, planned work, monitored progress and provided feedback to groups and individuals?
What time management and organisational skills you used?
The links between the project you have chosen and the organisational goals.
Did you delegate and support staff?
The communication style you used and 4 examples of where that needed to be adapted due to conflict, changing social and cultural contexts.
How you monitored the progress of individuals, the group as a whole and project you have chosen.
The strategies you used to promote mutual commitment and cooperation to the project among the staff.
