Katherine and Joel - Developing A Menu Based On Their Needs

Hi Everyone,

After studying online for 4 years doing a Bachelor or Business (such a draining degree) I am finding it really hard to get motivated to finish my diploma and get on top of studying online again.

I am currently completing my Diploma Early Education and Care and need assistance with the menu. I have started to alter the first weeks menu according to Katherine and Joel's requirements and have also started drafting the second weeks menu in accordance to the national regulations which are in the comments to follow.

It would be great if I could get some insight as to if I am going in the right direction or what I am missing in the assessment answers to make mine better.

I don't think you're able to serve strawberry/chocolate milk to the children. Even though in the scenario it mentions that Joel doesn't drink milk without it, within the service you cannot offer it. I am going to provide some information on food and nutrition in early childhood which may help you fill out the rest of the menu plan:

Hope this helps,
