Hi could you please tell me if this answer sounds ok?
3. Explain why it is important for educators to understand the policies and procedures of their workplace.
It is very important for educators to understand the policies and procedures in their workplace because they act as a guiding frame reference for employees how the organization works and deals with everything from its day to day operational problems or how to respond to requirements to comply with legislation, regulation and codes of practice. For the employer it’s very important that the policies are reasonable and that the employee clearly understands what the policy is trying to achieve, from there the employee must have an understanding of the policy so they can then preform the task or duty with a clear understand and confidence.
