Importance For Staff To Act In An Ethical Manner

why is it important for the director to remind staff that they must act in an ethical manner?
My answer is when you sign your contract you are expected to not discuss any family's situation.
Am I on the right track please?

- distinguish between ethical and legal implications
- duty of care
