implement strategies for inclusion

Hello there!
I am just struck on this question for hours. I did it but it is wrong. Now I have to resubmit. Could someone help me out of it please?
I am asked to do the readings: Question:
As part of the services inclusion policy educators may be required to consult/liaise with a specialist service or agency in relation to a child with additional needs.List three reasons how this practice supports services to be inclusive.
My answer was:
1. helping families and educators come to agree to common goals and strategies.
2. providing the best possible opportunities for each child’s individual needs and sharing relevant information so that families can make informed decisions
3. Offering families choices regarding their involvement in and the provision of services; and forming partnerships with families and working collaboratively with them.
I can't find where the answer could be in the readings. My teacher said to do it again and resubmit.
Thanks,
Maya
