Your Question?
a process of evaluation and continuous improvement is necessary to ensure that the program is delivering services in accordance with the service philosophy, and the best practice principles.
For this task you are required to select one aspect of the program delivery relating to routines and devise an appropriate evaluation strategy for example arrival and departure routines,meals,transitions,nappy change etc.
in relation to a routine you will need to:
A. IDENTIFY A ROUTINE
B. DETERMINE WHICH STAKEHOLDERS WILL BE INVOLVED IN THE EVALUATION PROCESS
C. IDENTIFY ANY WRITTEN POLICIES
D. DESCRIBE HOW THE EVALUATION WOULD BE UNDERTAKEN
E. DESCRIBE HOW THE EVIDENCE GATHERED WOULD BE PRESENTED TO STAKEHOLDERS.

Since you are doing Meal Times have a look in the NQS: QA2 - Children's Health and Safety. Within QA2 you can check out 2.2 Healthy eating is embedded in the program for children. This will provide you with information on best practices and what assessors may look for. Using this info you can came up with an evaluation for meal times etc.
