I'm new to the childcare industry I have recently started my diploma in early learning and I'm suck on a question in module HLTWHS003 - maintain work health and safety.
my question is -

Conduct further research to determine the legislations that apply for your state or territory in regards to reporting health and safety issues. Explain what each legislation is responsible for.

I have searched the web but I'm not exactly sure what it is I'm meant to be looking for or how many legislations I'm meant to have. I live in Queensland, any help to get on the right track would be awesome

any help from anybody?????

One example in my state is NSW HEALTH. In the case of an infectious disease, this is one of the services I would need to contact to inform them of a health and safety issue.
