Hi i am new to this, but i am following this from few months.

could anyone suggest some advice please
thank you in advance

case study(200 words)
you are required to implement a training session for staff at your organisation about indigenous Australia and dealing with
aboriginal and Torres strait islander clients in a culturally appropriate way.
1.how are you incorporating resources from the aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
2.What is cultural shock and would you ensure staff understand cultural shock and its impact on health and mental wellbeing.

thank you.
kind regards
Usha.
