A colleague is having difficulties maintaining the agreed strategies on a childs behaviour guidance plan. How would you communicate with and support them to implement the plan???

Be encouraging. Show the colleague strategy ways. Talk often

Any help would be appreciated
Thank you

Yes, what you said is great. But I would be reminding this staff member that, though it is not a legal document, it is a procedure written for the child so that their behaviour can improve etc.

If they keep disregarding you, tell your director.
