having trouble in forming any structure to this assignment question? Can you tell me what type of information I should be putting in each section of the question ??
I did choose having it about guinea pigs, But I think Im on the wrong track... so I made links to what I think it might be about???
Pehaps telling me what program is the template for? I had to miss 6 weeks due to illness this semestor, and this is the only thing to be finalised? I feel I have missed something andjust need an understanding?

Project /group time
Educator can supervise the holding of the guinea pigs during morning play time or afternoon play time. Educators can talk to the children about their pets and of course the guinea pigs. Discussing names, diet and care plans for them. The educators will try and extend on the EYLF outcomes for the best learning environment for the children.

PET POLICY
Procedure and Practices, including responsible person(s):
•Animals will be properly cared for (clean water, food, clean cages, and immunized). Staff will be assigned duties to maintain the pets.
•Animals, their cages and any other equipment will not be allowed in the food prep area.
•Children will be closely supervised when handling pets.
•Children with allergy response to animals will be accommodated.
•Children and adults will wash hands after handling or feeding animals.
•Children will not clean cages or have access to animal waste. Staff will wash hands after cleaning animal cages/equipment.
•Parents will be notified in writing when pets will be on premises, including the type of pet.
