.Lift and carrying : try to lift them from suitable height, careful bending and take a support to get up and even you can motivate to walk if they can

inherent risk : muscle strain, joint sprains ,cuts and bruises if you fall off while lifting

Sprains and strains of muscles, ligaments and tendons.
Soft tissue injuries such as hernias.
Chronic pain (pain that lasts longer than three months).
Acute pain (pain that lasts less than three months).
The control risk of lifting :
Level 1 methods aim to eliminate or remove the hazard (this is the most preferred).
Level 2 methods aim to reduce the risk of harm as much as possible.
Level 3 methods aim to provide protection for people to increase their level of safety.
Residual risk of lifting :

Back injuries including damage to the muscles, tendons, ligaments, spinal discs, nerves, joints and bones.
Joint and bone injuries or degeneration, including injuries to the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle, hands and feet.
Nerve injuries or compression (for example carpal tunnel syndrome).
Muscular and vascular disorders as a result of hand-arm vibration.
2. Changing nappies : ensure nappy changes table are at a height so that children can be changed without the educator bending over ,use a set of so that children can walk upto and down from nappy change table

Inherent risk : rolling over child or fall off, spread infection, reaction from wrong nappy cream, exposure to contamination

Control risk : use disposable gloves, washing hands of children and educators, use clean nappy wipes, use paper towel to dry hands, use disinfected to clean the mat after every nappy change, be carefull of creams, use soap to wash hands, clean the toilet atleast twice a day

Residual risk : bacterial infection , contamination of food because of transfer of bacteria through hands not washing hands properly, diahorrea,
