Hazards Identified On The Checklists

1) How do you ensure that workplace checklists are completed as required, signed and dated when being used? How are hazards identified on these checklists?


What does it mean by "How are hazards identified on these checklists?"

My Answer:

All staff members are shown these checklists upon employment and are shown how to complete them as required. Centre checklists are completed and checked by two staff members, including at least one certified supervisor. Checklists are checked off as you go, not at the end of a check. The list is walked around the centre as two educators check each element and mark it off.

Yes, you're on the right track with your response!

Hazards can be identified by maybe adding details in the "comments" section of the checklist, marking them as hazards on the checklist by using a highlighter etc.
