Group Reflection On Language Experience

Hi
I've written an observation about a group of children singing with assistance of the Educator 'who stole the cookie from the cookie jar' and they each took a cookie afte they all said 'Not me" then who? and the person sitting next to them in the circle is mentioned...

I know I can link this to Language development outcome 5.1 for example I've said;

Analysis of learning

This game continued right around the circle. The group were encouraged to wait for everyone to get an Anzac biscuit before eating them.
Analysis of learning
5.1 The group interacted verbally and non-verbally through song with each other as they looked to discover the individual who stole the cookie from the cookie jar
3.2The group were able to respond through movement to traditional and contemporary music as they explored the musical concepts ‘chanting’ ‘rhythm’ and ‘beat’ and ‘singing’.

Does that sound okay or should I do a bit more?

I think that sounds fine! I think you should stick with it!

I know it's hard sometimes it seems like 4 or more outcomes can be added into the analysis but you just need to choose a couple that you want to focus on.

Thanks so much for your feedback, I do get told I write beautiful observations but I need to cut down my writing so that's helpful :)

I can't help it sometimes, writing is a skill i enjoy lol. Thanks again.

Yeah I'm a writer too! Sometimes it's hard to stop when you're trying to get all your thoughts written down! :lol:

Exactly how I feel haha, speaking of which I need to cut down my previous observations, thanks for that reminder.
