Gather and interpret - follow up experiences (scenarios)

Your Question?
i have a task which says
The ability to gather, interpret and design programs to support childrens development is a critical role for early childhood educators.

1.Based on the scenarios provided select two and answer questions below.
(Scenarios provided are
Music makers
the dentist
the cake
the vegie patch
the lion each scenario includes what happened , childrens voices , review interpretations ,

but then the following questions are
Identify an appropriate outcome ( easy )
but then the next question is

Use an appropriate planning format - include detailed description and resources

see now im not understanding what im expected to provide here as an answer
... the scenarios are detailed and have the whole situation there...


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
do they want me to write about the whole situation again ,,, im not even sure what
"planning format im needing to use , what do they even want me to write...?
if someone could lead me in the right direction with an example so i can understand what they are wanting me to answer...

I would say they want you to give a detailed plan of the follow up experience you decide on after reading those scenarios. Maybe a mind map or similar format for your plan is what they want?

no they ask that in the 3rd question to plan a follow up experience...
So thats why i really dont know what they are after?

It sounds like you need an activity plan... Maybe something like this:

You can change it to suit your needs, it's just to give you an idea....
