I am stuck on this one scenario, I know this is probably easy but i cannot get my head around it at the moment. I am stuck. If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Scenario

The group of children who are going to school soon seem to be bored with the cognitive activites provided. You have decided to use the daily routine to extend further learning.

How would you communicate this with other staff?

What changes to the routine would you make to encourage more cognitive developmennt with the children?

For the second part of the question, could i incorporate things like number counting songs and finger plays for transitioning periods?

Any advice or he;lp would be greatly appreciated :)

Ok, so with this scenario how would you communicate this with staff? Through a discussion, at a staff meeting, through observations?

For the second part of your question, yes you're on the right track... You could sing number songs, finger plays, play quizzes, use flash cards, play mini games etc.

Cheers :geek:,
