Wilma will be taking on, provide one suggestion of advice or training that she could undertake to improve her skills in each of the tasks as listed in the case study. (Four (4) suggestions in total)
Case study 4
Wilma has recently commenced working in an exciting environment where she takes on many new roles and responsibilities. The educators each participate together to achieve the following tasks, all of which are new to Wilma. The tasks are as follows:
Supporting a child with Autism
Developing and maintaining QIP goals
Mentoring students and co-workers
Leading team projects

2. Questions/analyse phase. Over the course of no less than a week (or 5 shifts if you are
not working full time) reflect on your performance and practice each of these
responsibilities.
a) What questions are you going to ask to analyse the current practice that is occurring,
and to guide your reflection? Ensure these questions are specific to the responsibilities
you selected, and allow you to include the following at least once…
Self-evaluate your performance and practice against the standards
Include open and evaluative feedback from others (such as your supervisor,
coworkers or clients) in your reflection.
Access current and/or emerging industry developments
Understand how your values, beliefs and behaviour may affect your performance in these areas.
I have checked in Reflective Practices in Childcare and written my answer, but my Trainer didn't accept the answer as she mentioned that I need to write my own reflections. I am struggling to write the correct answer please help me with one example.
Help me with example like Hygiene practices in my own reflection.

For these types of questions, you can't find the answer since you have to reflect on what you do... For example hygiene practices you can discuss if this is your first time working in a centre that sometimes you forget that you have to constantly wash your hands and that you have to wear gloves when serving food etc. There is no right or wrong, it depends on what you do...

You mentioned previously you are going to be doing hygiene is that right?
So reflect on hygiene practices, are you currently working?
