Focus child study - Work placement Book

Hi Ladies & gents
Ok so im very stressed - I have just realised that I have completed all the tasks for my first focus child - and they need to be 2 years old, but ive done it for a 19 month old.
Really guttered,
Do you think i should start again or i have any luck in getting away with it?Is it that big a deal?
I cant get a reply from my trainer till next week as shes away so its irritating me
And also has anyone done this before?The work placement book A and B.
