There are many factors which may impact on leadership within an approved early childhood education and care service. Some of these including:
• Attitudes, values, believes
• Composition and nature of the community
• Government role and policies
• Organisation policy and principles
• Other agencies, networks, services
• Availability of resources
• Roles, relationships, obligations, accountabilities and protocols
You will need to select at least 4 of the factors from the above list that influences leadership and explain how each chosen factor impacts on leadership within an early childhood education and care service.
