2. Develop three fact sheets based on National Quality Standard 2.1.1, ‘Each child’s health needs are supported’. The purpose of the fact sheets is to encourage educators and parents to discuss children’s health needs.
could any one explain this for me .

Basically you need to develop an information article to share with parents on a topic regarding to child's health. It could be something like "Cough and Cold's", "Nutrition Intake", "Importance Of Iron" etc. Thus can give you a few ideas:
