i have this question that i need a little help with.

The National Quality Framework is governed by a combination of the Education and Care Services National law and the Education and Care National Regulations. The legislation and regulations vary in each state/territory.
Research and summarize one aspect relating to legislation and regulations of assessment and rating in your area.

I am in NSW so i think ACEQUA however which section for assessment and rating. Thanks so much

The Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) oversees the assessment and rating under the NQS, national law and regs. The state/territory regulatory authority carries out the assessments and rates services.
