i. Do you have an ethical responsibility to report suspected child abuse?
ii. In your own words describe what process would you follow?
iii. Identify which organisational policies, procedures or standards you would follow?

my answer
i. Yes child care worker have ethical responsibility to report suspect child abuse.
ii. some of the principles ethical responsibility include –
respect, democracy, honesty, integrity, justice and courage.
I would apply these principles by the way I spoke to colleagues, parents and even children. How I treat people and handle everyday situations.
